The award-winning Chruk is the spiciest offering from Yeak, makers of Cambodian-American Hot Sauce. While that may sound exotic, the flavors are as universal and accessible as Bai Sach Chrouk (Google it—YUM!).
While the ingredients list is pretty standard, the secret to Chruk is how it's made. In our opinion, you can’t go wrong with Habanero peppers, but when you pickle them and combine with a special blend of garlic, sweetness, and tang, you get something truly special. Chruk (meaning “to pickle") runs on the thin side, so we use it the same way we’d use, say, Louisiana hot sauce: a few drops for the sheepish and for the real pros, make it rain!
